Pizzas All pizzas start with the base – a handmade dough made from 00 Italian pizza flour, slow-proved for a fantastic flavour. ? We can top them with whatever you request, but to give you some ideas, here are just some of the ones that we produce regularly: ? Margherita – passata base, grated mozzarella, torn mozzarella pearls, cherry tomatoes and fresh basil Spicy Pepperoni – passata base, grated mozzarella and spicy pepperoni Butternut Squash – passata base, roasted butternut squash, goats cheese and caramelised red onion Smoked Pancetta – passata base, smoked pancetta, grated mozzarella and fresh red chilli All-day Breakfast* – passata base, Chitty’s honey roast sausages & streaky bacon, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and topped off with a free-range egg Pulled Pork – passata base, Chitty’s pork shoulder slow-roasted for 5 hours with a homemade rich barbeque sauce and shredded with thyme, taleggio and finished with lemon-dressed rocket Cajun Chicken – passata base, Chitty’s free-range chicken breast marinated in aromatic Cajun spices, red onion and sweetcorn Hot Sandwiches Can be served with a selection of rolls, breads or wraps. ? Garlic Mushroom burger – large mushrooms cooked in garlic butter with flat-leaf parsley and finished with lemon-dressed rocket and English mustard – served in a ciabatta roll
