The story of What The Truck
Our Food Truck used to be a removals van! The tail-lift switch now activates our on-board water pump system! She led a cold and miserable life ferrying cold and miserable furniture around. We thought that she deserved more, so we liberated her, and transformed her in to the proud food-slinging machine she is today.

Our signature dish right now would have to be the Soft-Shell Crab Taco. It's looks great and tastes great, and it's so fresh!

It would have to be Manchester. It's a really cool city and one that fits the food truck scene perfectly in our opinion. But we'll trade anywhere really - we're not scared.
