We have put in a hell of a lot of hard work, sweat and tears over the last 6 months. We hope it represents a bit of us. Clean cut, loads of cool chalkboards made by us and a whole lot of tasty food coming out of it.

Everyone is a winner. If we can get someone to ditch their machine-made tuna mayo we are both winning!

I’d say our pork belly. We get all our bread from The Breadfactory. They have got bread going on. Add our outrageously tasty fillings and you are onto a winner.
