She came from Valencia, Spain, where we like to think she sold flowers or fruit in the corner of a shady square. One day we’d like to take her back for a holiday. She likes the UK but misses all the Spanish sunshine!

It’s a beautiful Citroen H Van, who we’ve nicknamed Doris!
Specialty
Wood-fired pizzas. You’ll find the full story on our website but we were in Bologna and fell in love with this little street food stall that did just great, honest food.
Ideal Customer
But of course it’s great when they appreciate that we try to use local ingredients and that we’re cooking using a method that’s centuries old.
Self Supporting
We have a generator and can rock up with our own water too.
Signature Dish
Our ‘Blue Cow’ pizza: Local rump steak from Pipers Farm - Shiitake mushrooms from Forest Fungi - Shallots caramelized in a homemade marinade of white wine, balsamic vinegar, fresh rosemary & thyme - Devon Blue cheese from a local market. Yum!

Favourite Place
Small music festivals and local events. We like catering private parties too. Something out of the usual’s good too - like Exmouth Mussel Festival, which we’re looking forward to in September.
