When we bought the van it was white and had been owned by one previous owner and had spent it's life travelling between Plymouth and Glasgow delivering pharmaceuticals.

We serve a menu inspired by free range Cornish pork, sustainable Cornish seafood and seasonal, locally sourced produce, some of which we grow ourselves in our own allotments.

Slow cooked smoked Primrose Herd Pork shoulder, pulled, in our Cornish Rattler & Maple glaze served in a Baker Tom brioche roll with smoked cheese, sweet pickle, garlic crackling and sides of roasted garlic and apple slaw and balsamic mixed leaves.

Favourite Place
We serve our food at a lot of weddings which are always great fun but I think our favourite place to serve food has to be a food focused music festival, by the sea here in Cornwall!
