It was once a French Fire Engine and that was exactly how I bought it until I converted it into a kitchen on wheels.
Make & Model
Citroen H Van. I simply love the style and feel the van has with it being a 1966 model plus its small and compact perfect for what I wanted to use it for.
Specialty
Free range pulled pork but not as you know it!! Pulled Jackfruit tacos, grilled cheese sandwiches using only natural ingredients locally sourced where possible.
Ideal Customer
A foodie, someone who appreciates handmade street food cooked from scratch.
Self Supporting
I have my own water and gas but require either a regular 3 pin plug or a 16amp connection.
Signature Dish
Sichuan pig cheeks with a satay slaw.
Private Events
I have done Christenings and Birthday parties for a minimum of 70 guests and have taken a 10% deposit on the total cost.
Favourite Place
I enjoyed working in Ancoats General Store, people were really appreciative of my food, also Eat North in Leeds.
