We contacted a man named Billy, just outside of Dundee who runs a company called Prime Signs, and thankfully loves a good vinyl job and is very good at it.
Make & Model
Our trailer is a custom made (by ourselves), so doesn't really have a model. We bought it as a white burger van, and completely ripped it out and designed it ourselves.
Specialty
We specialise in gourmet grilled cheese. We chose this as we are both passionate about cheese, and we use a wide variety of some of the best locally sourced and produced cheese in Scotland.
Ideal Customer
Our ideal customer would be anyone who is passionate about their food and the quality of it, and who loves to sample our new combinations. We are massive foodies, and we love meeting customers who are the same :)

Our signature dish would have to be our macaroni and cheese, with meatball and mozzarella melt.
