The story of The Bearded Taco
Contessa started her life as a police riot wagon before being converted into a food truck. She was actually already being used as a food van when we bought her so the kitchen etc was set up and ready to go. We just had to change a few things around, add our little tortilla rolling machine and decorate.

We specialise in Tacos and have attempted to design a taco menu using influences from the many countries we have travelled. We don’t just make your typical Mexican street tacos, although they do play an important part in our menu. Rather, we use international inspiration to build on a Mexican foundation. Expect offerings such as the German Chicken schnitzel taco, a Vietnamese Bahn mi taco, Moroccan Chicken tacos and Korean BBQ Tacos.
