Bernard originally came from Marseille in southern France and we think was a postal delivery van as there are hooks inside and unusually has side sliding doors on both sides?

Specialty
Mostly we serve freshly ground artisan roasted coffee, genuinely home baked cakes, and savoury treats. We can also cater for BBQs, Dinners, Lunches and Breakfasts but not actually cooked in the van itself. We have in the past also turned our van into a cocktail bar serving signature cocktails and canapes.
Ideal Customer
Somebody that appreciates good quality food, doesn't take life too seriously and knows how to have a good partay!
Self Supporting
We run off batteries and lpg gas (so no noisy generators) and have all the water we need on board.
Signature Dish
It has to be our triple chocolate brownies (they have a bit of a cult following!).

Favourite Place
we love a village fete, a national trust property or a food festival, but as long as the sun is shining and the coffee is flowing we're pretty happy!
