The story of Thai Angel
Before it came into my hands, my van had been living in the South of France in a barn! During it's working life it had actually been converted into a vehicle to transport cattle. When I got it it even had a large tear in the metalwork from where a bull's horn had gone through the side of it!

Specialty
I primarily serve Thai food, but have also been introducing a pan-Asian menu at many events recently. I spent several years living in Thailand, where I learnt to cook. I am passionate about the cuisine of Thailand, and believe that it is unique in offering such a diverse, healthy and delicious range of dishes. My pan-Asian menu also covers other South East Asian dishes, as well as curries and other dishes from East Africa, Southern Asia, Japan and beyond.
Ideal Customer
My ideal customer is someone who is as passionate about Thai food as I am, and who understands and appreciates food that is home-made from scratch by a small business like mine, rather than mass-produced and sold by a chain outlet.

Favourite Place
I love a family festival local to me called Elderflower Fields. Great atmosphere, lovely location and the event organisers are great to work with. I also love WOMAD, a great festival with some amazing artists.
