Specialty
We serve gourmet burgers and barbecue food on our Big Green Egg bbq, but pretty much anything meat based and smoked, my dad is a butcher and runs courses at The Ginger Pug butchery in London.

Anyone who loves great meats.
Self Supporting
We have access to water and we have a generator but always nicer when events provide us with electricity.
Signature Dish
Probably our chucksteak burger with smoked bacon jam, always go down well.
