Our little truck was pretty much an abandoned wreck before we got hold of her. She's been lovingly restored and pruned to perfection but we made sure we maintained her original character.
Make & Model
Betsy is a 1964 Constructam Condor, pretty rare and sourced from Belgium.
Specialty
Cheese! Basically because we love cheese, who doesn't? Cheese is so versatile it allows us to offer something for everyone (except vegans, sorry!) You can do sweet, savoury, hot, cold...the options are endless.
Ideal Customer
We once had a guy who brought 5 toasties in one day, he was pretty cool!! But equally we've had people who don't like cheese but come and chat to us about Betsy for ages. We just love friendly people and we really appreciate all the lovely customers who make the effort to come back and say 'thank you that was delicious' it really makes our day.
Self Supporting
Yes, we are totally self sufficient. We just rock up and get cooking.
Signature Dish
It has to be our toasties and our most popular is probably our 'Pig Pong' - local smoked back bacon, perfectly melted brie and homemade chilli jam with a kick. We're very generous with our fillings!

We love a good music festival, the atmosphere's always good and you get to meet some fantastic people. Weddings are always fun too.
