On my quest last year to find the right van for me, I made contact with Mike Wilkinson and his wife at Wilkinson Mobile Catering Systems and originally they were going to build me my spec and during those conversations, the Beast came back to the shop and it had exactly what I wanted. So I went all the way to Lancashire and drove her all the way home.

I specialise in Caribbean Food because my family are from Jamaica and before I went college to learn how to be a Chef, my Gran had me in that kitchen teaching me most of what's on the menu.

Oxtail stew with Spinners (plain flour & cornmeal dumplings) served with the very traditional hard food which consists of Yam, Green Bananas more Dumplings, Potatoes, Pumpkin. Or Rice'n'Peas with Salad.
