I bought my caravan on eBay, from a seller that had decided that the time had arrived - it used to be on the road for 30 years almost every summer.
Make & Model
Alpine Sprite 1972. I like the idea of giving "another life" to old vehicles! The space where a family used to spend the holidays, now is a kitchen laboratory of ideas!
Specialty
I spent most of my childhood by the sea eating fish even at breakfast (joke!) I like to revisit the classic recipes for seafood, cooked by mum and grandma, into a street food style. Maremosso is only about fish and Mediterranean flavours, with good size of creativity.
Ideal Customer
At Maremosso we want to experiment! We love when people stare at our menu asking "octopus burger! really??". Healthy orientated food. Professionals and curious people.
Self Supporting
I have my own water but I need an electricity supply.
