FUNGHI Portobello Mushrooms, Truffle Oil and Parmesan. SPAGNOLA Chorizo with very thinly sliced Red Peppers and Black Olives. SPECK Cured Italian Ham, Black Olives. GOATS CHEESE AND ARTICHOKE HEARTS With Pine Nuts and Red Chilli. CRUDO A Classic Margareta with Parma Ham, Rocket and Parmesan added when it comes out of the oven.
