The story of Lala Poutine
Lilly came out of the factory in 1977. She was used by a company called Mobalpa, supplying kitchen around Lyon in France. We still have the original papers from factory, and time shifts for drivers :) She was then bought by 2 other people but they never done anything with it. I bought it from a lady in Toulon, and brought it back to Dublin where she started a second life.

Poutine! French Canadian delicacy, perfect party food. We're the only guys to source the real cheese to go on top. It's made from hand cut chips, fresh artisan cheese curd, and tasty gravy.
Ideal Customer
I love customers who don't know what poutine is and try despite the fact that it looks messy, not really appetizing. And I love them even more when they come back with friends or colleagues, as it shows we're doing everything right.
