Our focus is on fresh Northern Thai food because the business founder is from Chiang Mai. We wanted to offer a different perspective on a popular cuisine.
Anyone who is interested in exploring new food and appreciates the effort we put into each dish.
We can be self-supporting, but prefer sites that at least can provide electricity.
Kao Soi: a classic flavourful, northern Thai dish that blends a homemade curry sauce with egg noodles. It’s topped with crispy fried noodles and served with mustard green pickles and lime on the side. ?
We have done weddings and catered parties, for up to180 people, with rave reviews. Minimum booking value £600.
Any place there are hungry people.
