We are two chefs who have been in this industry for the past 20 years. Dimitris is from Greece and Christian from Ecuador. We try to bring a new food concept, healthy, easy to eat and well prepared using the finest organic veg and meat we can get from the markets. The prawns we use for Ceviche are from Ecuador so we can keep the real flavour, the same for the Souvlaki, we use Greek products this make us unique .
In all my experience in street food, I can say is difficult to have an ideal customer. We have to be nice and good for all of them but then you have the one who will stop and ask you more about your concept of food and how is made so this is nice to explain so then you can see they feel satisfied and safe, that is a good customer.
Yes we have everything we need.
Ecuadorian Ceviche and Souvlaki
Yes we do and for the moment we can do up to 100 people.
