It was supposed to be a romantic journey across the countryside of France to find an old van and bring it home. On a whim I checked for the Estafette on eBay and found one for sale in Essex ! I believe back in the day it was a delivery van.

We make Vegan Sushi wraps, which are always rolled to order.
Ideal Customer
Someone who wants real fresh food and is happy to have vegan sushi as an alternative to a burger. Its relatively easy to please vegans and vegetarians but when you get a hardcore meat with every meal customers who is blown away with the food, that's pretty rewarding.
Self Supporting
We can be self supporting for one day events and markets.
Signature Dish
Thai Sweet Potato, it comes with roasted coconut, sweet potato, fresh coriander, avocado, cucumber, red pepper, picked ginger and teriyaki sauce.
