Truck Story
The story of Grate Gourmet Rosti
Gertrude was a camper-van owned by a elderly French couple for 40 years, they used to tour the Alps in her. We felt this was incredibly appropriate to be serving Alpine food from!
Make & Model
Gertrude is a Peugeot J7, born in 1973
Specialty
We serve Swiss potato rosti with toppings from around the world, ranging from the Alpine classic bacon lardons and melted cheese to Teriyaki chicken and Mexican chilli. We love rosti and noticed no street food trader in London was doing it. One of us is Coeliac and we wanted to make a gluten-free menu too.
