Food has always been a passion and something that I have always wanted to venture into . With this trailer we are able to offer the signature dishes, kickin chicken and fish brioche, as well as adding a special now and again, mushroom focaccia or a super salad for the summer.
Make & Model
RT Trailers. We loved the look as it resembles a wooden log cabin which is unique.
Specialty
Our food recipe ideas come from the islands of Bermuda where I have spent 12 years living and working. We do a fried fish which we put in a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato and homemade tartar sauce. Our kickin chicken has a homemade seasoning which can accommodate people who like it hot or not. We also serve rosti bite potatoes.
Ideal Customer
Our ideal customer is anyone who enjoys our food! It makes us feel we are doing something right and that other people enjoy our food as much as we enjoy cooking it.
Self Supporting
We have a fully functional water and hot water system. We are a 16amp electrical supply and we use the electrical supplies at our venues.
Signature Dish
Has to be our kickin chicken as that is a hit at lunchtime.
Private Events
We are available for private functions and as we have started this year, have not secured any bookings as yet.
