Our vintage truck is originally from France; very little is known about its adventures before becoming the converted food truck we own today, but its mileage is self-explanatory.
Make & Model
Citroen HY Van 1972. We chose this van as it reflects the idea behind our business: Unique, traditional and authentic. The van is like our personality: Quirky and original.
Specialty
We serve Italian cuisine, in particular traditional pizza "in teglia" from Rome and Panzerotti. Our passion was passed down to us from our grandmothers' and we love to experiment with different ingredients in order to serve you the perfect pizza.
Ideal Customer
Every single customer is important to us and we value your feedback and comments. It is particularly rewarding to us when a customer is happy with their purchase and appreciates our traditional cooking.
Self Supporting
We are fully self-supported with both water and electric supply.
Signature Dish
If we had to pick one dish, we would choose the renowned pizza Margherita: Italian tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella and basil leaves. Less is more.

We offer catering for private events and festivals; minimum booking value: £300
Favourite Place
We are regularly trading outside different "WeWork" offices locations, including Paddington which is one of our favourite places to trade.
