I don't know much about my trailers story before I found her. I know for the past two years before I purchased her she was sat in a field full and used as storage.
Make & Model
Rice Horsebox. I had been debating about converting a trailer for a long time and had come across some amazing horsebox conversions.
Specialty
We serve up Mexican food. Being from California Mexican food was a staple part of my life. Moving here is was one thing that I missed from home.
Ideal Customer
My ideal customers are those excited by flavour and willing to try new things.
Self Supporting
We are fully self-contained.
Signature Dish
Ultimate Tacos, two corn tortilla quesadillas folded and filled as tacos with our signature beef skirt.
Private Events
Yes we do private events. Our minimum value package is £500. We would need to know the location as distance can also play a factor in the price. We would also need the number of portions to cater for.
Favourite Place
I have attended some of the most fabulous events in Oxfordshire, I have worked in the area for a long time and have an amazing customer base there.
