The story of Bandit Street Food
Unfortunately, although I know that the truck came to the UK via America and then Malta, I don't know much of it's origin story. It was converted in 2013 by Wilkinson and remains one of the pieces of work for which they are most proud and features on their sales website.
Make & Model
It is a 1966 MK1 Ford Transit pickup truck, US import.
Specialty
Americana barbecue, specialising in smoked and barbecued pork and beef, American topped hot dogs and ribs.

I love foodies! People who know, appreciate and enjoy their food make the best customers. I have trouble not chatting about food for ages whilst my queue gets bigger!

Signature Dish
Our Firecracker Beef Brisket. We smoke the brisket, then roast it for 12 hours in a blend of herbs and spices, molasses and treacle.
