Jerk chicken is the most famous product to come from the Caribbean after Bob Marley. The mixture of Caribbean spices and smoky BBQ gives Jerk chicken it's unique taste and flavour. Marinated for hours in our homemade marinade to soak up all the flavours and then grilled to perfection... ? We also do Jerk Pork! Jerk Chicken Curry Goat Curry Goat originated in India but has since become a very popular dish in Indo-Caribbean cuisine. Cooked for over 4 hours on slow flame we make sure the curry goat pieces are soft, tender and full of flavour. Curry Chicken Our Caribbean Chicken curry is very different from your traditional Indian curry. It is one of the most preferred dishes in the Caribbean. Made with either whole chicken or chicken breast and plenty of fresh vegetables, served with Traditional Rice & Peas Fried Plantain Plantain is a vegetable, but when fried it can also be eaten as a sweet and tasty snack. It goes nicely as a side dish to any of the Caribbean dishes but is just as delicious on it's own. Fried Dumpling Fried dumpling is a bread-like food which can be enjoyed on it's own or dipped into a Curry. Often eaten with Curries instead of Rice. Coleslaw Our Coleslaw is traditional and zingy and it comes as a side with all of our dishes. Made from fresh cabbage and carrots with added mayo and a cheeky little twist! Rice & Peas Rice & Peas is a traditional Anglo-Caribbean dish. Our Rice & Peas are made with Basmati rice and Kidney beans giving the dish its beautiful colour. Coconut, thyme and seasoning gives the dish its great flavour!
