The story of Al Chile
Our first truck was a used kebab truck, we cleaned it and installed a new grill and fridges, we reconditioned it and added a sound surround system to give the atmosphere of Latin style, serving to the tunes of your favourite Mexican artists.
Make & Model
New 2017 Citroen Van. We choose this truck because it will offer us minimum breakdowns and will make us more reliable for our customers.

We offer authentic Mexican cuisine which has been one of the world’s first cuisines to be declared an intangible cultural heritage of humanity by UNESCO as it goes beyond taste buds and it is a protection of an ancestral way of life.

Our ideal customer is one who appreciates taste and the different flavours when you combine the same dish with different salsas.
Self Supporting
Yes we have a generator and manage our own water supply.

Tacos are our flagship dish, what makes it special is our homemade salsas.

Depends on the hours needed. For example 2 hours for 400 pounds minimum.
