We’ve never eaten a pizza at a wedding but isn’t this a marvellous idea? Apparently, wedding pizza buffets are the new thing and we can see why - it’s easy, it’s delicious and everyone, e-v-e-r-yone loves pizza. We felt the need to double-up on everyone because we are yet to meet a person who doesn’t like a crusty dough topped with meaty goodness with fresh veg and cheese… loads of cheese. Writing this opened our appetite massively, let this be a warning to you.

I knead Pizza

Traditional Neapolitan style wood-fired pizza made with the finest San Marzano tomatoes and topped with Italian fior di latte mozzarella. I bet by the end of the sentence you read mozzarella with an Italian accent. This is how authentic I knead Pizza is. The guys at I knead Pizza want to keep it as Italian as possible and use imported meats for the toppings and local vegetables to ensure you get the freshest juiciest batch of sauces. Their doughs are made every-single-day and each batch is proved for 48-hours. So, you won’t be eating a pizza, but an Italian masterpiece. The founder of I knead Pizza, Paul, has spent a lot of his time traveling around Italy searching for the best pizza recipe. His great passion for pizza and cooking is what brought to us this wood-fried goddess that I knead Pizza is.
