Well looking at her now you would never believe you would find our truck going up and down the hard shoulder on the M1 putting out bollards….yes a highway maintenance vehicle in her previous life…..glamorous huh?!

Mitsubishi Fuso Canter We wanted it to look like a truck rather than a van and with the Bespoke kitchen lowered onto the chassis we think we achieved what we were looking for.
Were taking recognisable dishes and questioning everyday how we can make it better.
Nothing more we love than when there's someone stood ordering who is genuinely interested in the food and picking our brains…..someone with the right change is also good.
Our Buttermilk Fried Chicken is the dish were most proud of, 15 different herbs and spicing, 3 types of flours and of course the buttermilk bringing which it sleeps in for a minimum of 24 hours. served with our Bacon Jam as bacon makes everything taste great!
